I will be back asap, I just don't have the internet at my new house yet so please bear with me!x

Pistachio and Rose: My name is Sam and I live in the delightful seaside city of Brighton. I spend my days dreaming up ways of making a living in the world of food, my favourite world, but alas so far I have not worked it out, so I have decided a good starting point is to write my very own blog. I am more passionate about food than may be normal and I like nothing better than to cook something fabulous and share it with friends and family, or just eat it all myself! So I am going to use this little bit of the world wide web to share my recipies, musings and all food related things in my life and I just hope some of you lovely kindred spirits out there read and enjoy it!
